Like many organisations staff at the Council were reporting high stress levels due to lack of resources and competing demands. Anxiety and stress do not go away; there is no time limit. Left untreated they affect our sleep our relationships and our ability to perform. This is happening. It is the reality.

The Live Well team at Rochford chose to run a pilot course and the results have been really exciting.
